Brivaracetam, sold under the brand name Briviact among others, is a chemical analog of levetiracetam, is a racetam derivative with anticonvulsant (antiepileptic) properties.It is used to treat partial-onset seizures with or without secondary generalisation, in combination with other antiepileptic drugs.
